New officers of The Shepherd’s Center of Richmond are: president, Ralph H. Graner; vice president, Suzanne P. Wiltshire; secretary, Penny Dorschel; treasurer, Sally Youngs; and immediate past president, Art Gunlicks. New board members are: Kenneth Hoen, Grayson Miller and Bernie Henderson.
