Hooray for volunteers! It’s taken me years to realize and appreciate how hard it is to run a volunteer organization.
Lately when I have a snitty complaint, I stop to consider what it is like to walk in the shoes of board members, the executive director, and paid staff.
TSCOR juggles and produces services and programs that would need a fulltime staff of at least eight to accomplish. Barring some grand monetary windfall, it’s up to us, volunteers, so keep participating and contributing! See you at the OU (Open University)!
