Lunch Speaker Change for Monday, Nov. 5 at Open University

Randy and Barbara Fitzgerald present their funny and heartwarming talk, “Flights of Fancy:  Stories, Conversations and Life Travels” on Monday, Nov. 5, at St. Luke Lutheran Church, 7757 Chippenham Parkway, at 12:30.  The Fitzgeralds will have copies of their book for sale following their talk.  Randy, a columnist for Boomer Magazine; former columnist, Richmond Times-Dispatch; and former public relations director, University of Richmond; along with Barbara Fitzgerald, editor and co-writer, replace Rabbi Gary Creditor, who had a professional conflict, and will speak at a future date.

OU Will Meet Monday (Columbus Day)

Columbus might be resting from his journey, but we aren’t!  Open University will meet Monday, October 8th (Columbus Day), as usual.

The lunch topic is Richmond’s Top Ten Best-in-the-Nation Art Things. We will see you there!

Updated 2018 Fall Schedule

Due to different computer software versions here in the office, the schedule that I posted yesterday cut out the Feldenkrais class.  This will not do because Feldenkrais is so popular and we will indeed offer it again this year!

Fall into Place with TSCOR!

Well, it is for TSCOR.  It’s the beginning of our new fiscal year and this is a special year for us – we celebrate our 35th ANNIVERSARY!!  And, it also means that is time for you to renew your membership or become a new member today!

A Fantastic Lecture for You!

Good Summer Everyone!

I miss seeing you all at the Open University and Lunch and Life.  I hope everyone is enjoying themselves and keeping cool in the humidity (and dry in the rain!).  Since you may not be in classes right now, I would like to share a lecture that I attended at another lifelong learning program about a month ago.  It is eye-opening.  Do yourself a favor and watch it.  Take good care – Julie
